The Songkorpus is a multiply annotated corpus of German-language song lyrics comprising more than 15,000 songs. It serves linguistic research. Part of the content is freely available for non-commercial scholarly inquiry; other texts are available for internal investigation only. The query platform KorAP is developed at the Leibniz Institute for the German Language in Mannheim, member of the Leibniz Association. The individual modules are published as open source on GitHub.
